Elena's commitment to excellence and her ability to analyze and understand trends in multiple sectors has led her to create industry-relevant content for top-tier companies, small businesses and universities.

Javier Ibarra

Advisor

Javier is a serial entrepreneur and the Director of Innovación Esbelta, where he consults on Innovation and Artificial Intelligence. In addition, he instructs on entrepreneurship at Tec de Monterrey. Javier holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Systems from Tec de Monterrey and an MBA from IPADE Business School.

Maria Makarova

Advisor

Maria is the Founder and President of Mentoralia, a non-profit organization that trains girls to become leaders in technology and entrepreneurship. Mentoralia runs the Technovation Girls program in Mexico. Maria holds an M.S. and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.

Genia Albre

Advisor

Genia is the Founder and CEO of Introwise, a Techstars backed company. She also holds a position of Principal Product Manager at Microsoft. Genia taught Product Management at the University of Tartu, where she received her MBA. She also obtained a Master’s degree in Computer Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

Anna Aljanaki

Anna is an assistant professor in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at the University of Tartu, she also works as a Data Scientist at Datafruit. Anna holds a Master’s degree in Computer Sciences from University of Tartu, and a PhD in Computer Science from Utrecht University.
